Excess Access Details forthcoming.		BOMGAR Remote Desktop Support Advancing Ideas completed a Heuristic/ Expert User-Experience Evaluation of BOMGAR's remote desktop support solution. The analysis included three interfaces: a stand-alone desktop client, a web-based administration interface and the multi-platform "support-customer experience." ROI was delivered in the form of a findings report that included actionable suggestions to improve usability.		WestEd Collaborative Policy Analysis Advancing Ideas provided user-research and user-centered product definition, usability and design consulting for an innovative education policy and program research tool to be released later this year. Tasks included UX needs analysis, heuristic evaluation of prototypes, user research, product definition, and design of the information architecture, schematics and final screens.
